• Items are handpicked from our collection of curated treasures, and no two Scoops will be exactly alike. Every scoop you purchase will come with a minimum of 1 premium item per scoop plus the premium items from beads.

• By purchasing, you understand that you are receiving a curated assortment of items and not purchasing specific products. Contents will vary, and no two Scoops will be exactly alike. 🐆💗

• Color, theme, and style preferences are welcome but are never guaranteed.

• You might see some duplicate items, especially when looking at multiple orders, but I'll try to keep things fresh and make sure everything isn't identical. Since there are 100s of items, you'll get a really great mix.

• Brands, designs, colors, and characters may vary. Most items are thoughtfully curated with adult customers in mind.

We ship to addresses in the United States and its territories, and currently do not provide international shipping. We will ship your item within 10 business days of purchase.

🚫 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements based on personal preference, duplicate items, color choices, themes, or item selection.

• We cannot exchange items because they were not what you hoped to receive.

• Refunds or replacements may only be considered if an order arrives with missing items due to a packing error.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can find all sorts of things, like accessories, stationery, and beauty items. There are also tumblers, dream catchers, and seasonal products. Other things you might come across include home goods, jewelry, keychains, and bags.

• The thing about products is they can be different from one to another - their values, the way they look, what they're made of, and how many you get.

• Things like packaging, whether a product is available, and inventory levels can change suddenly. But once a scoop has been pulled, nothing will change.

Please note that the photos and videos we provide on social media are examples of what others received for their scoop(s), and you might not get the exact items shown in them.

📦 Processing and Shipping Procedures

• The time it takes to process things can be different depending on how many orders are being handled and what time of year it is.

• We pack and ship orders in the order they come in. Right now, we are shipping up to 10 business days after your purchase.

• After we ship your order, Lucky Leopard Scoops can't be held responsible for any problems that happen with the carrier, like delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by bad weather. However, if you choose Priority shipping, it comes with $100 of insurance, and if something goes wrong, you can file a claim with USPS to try to resolve the issue.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• When a package gets sent back because the customer gave the wrong address, the customer will have to pay extra for shipping.
