• The time it takes to process things can be different depending on how many orders are being handled and what time of year it is.

• We pack and ship orders in the order they come in. Current processing time is up to 10 business days after your purchase.

• After we ship your order, Lucky Leopard Scoops can't be held responsible for any problems that happen with the carrier, like delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by bad weather. However, if you choose Priority shipping, it comes with $100 of insurance, and if something goes wrong, you can file a claim with USPS to try to resolve the issue.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• When a package gets sent back because the customer gave the wrong address, the customer will have to pay extra for shipping.

We only ship to places in the United States and its territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
